I currently have an i7 950 3.07 ghz processor, MSI x58 Pro-E motherboard, 12G ram, Primary and Secondary SSD drives, a 750W PSU and have a 2G GTX 460. I am running Win7 Home Edition. I am looking to upgrade the video card as many of the games I am currently playing have to be set on normal. Price is not a huge deal but would rather not pay above 400.00 usd.

Thank you.

The max resolution of the PX2370 is 1080p. Stick with the 2GB of the GTX 770. The 4GB version costs more and it won't make a noticeable difference at 1080p. Do get the 4GB version if you plan to add a second monitor or to upgrade to a 1440p monitor.

Here's a Gigabyte with a very impressive cooler for $330. I think it's worth the extra $10 compared to the Zotac.
Mind you, I like Gigabyte because I've had some of their products before and they worked well.

Edit: if you like this idea, move fast, the price goes up by $80 in about 24 hours.
The Zotac GTX 770 is $320 for 2GB of VRAM and $370 for 4GB of VRAM. Now, the key to choosing is whether or not you ever want to run more than one in SLI. If you don't, the 2GB is the correct choice because the GTX 770 doesn't have the horsepower to do anything that would require over 2GB of VRAM. On the other hand, if you do want to SLI, then the 4GB is the better choice because 2GB would be limiting to a multi-card setup.
Zotac GTX 770 2GB - $320
Zotac GTX 770 4GB - $370

I have never run an SLI configuration before and am looking to stick with a single card. With that in mind I have 1 Syncmaster PX2370 LED monitor that I use with an HDMI cable from my current card. Does the amount of memory on the GTX 770 make a difference between the 2G card and the 4G card?
