Will this graphics card cover minimum requirements?

I'm thinking of buying a cheap PC comes with Nvidia gt 210 Graphics card and another has NVIDIA GTX 275 the game i want to play requires:

ATI X1800 or better*
nVidia 7800 or better*
Intel 4100 Integrated Graphics or better

Will either of these be enough?

how can I tell if it meets those requirements?

The 7800 series is older than a 275.
7800 -> 8800 -> 9800 -> 200 series in that order.

The 275 is going to be better, but don't pay much for it... the 650ti will give you better performance for ~$150

Minimum requirements only means that it will play at the lowest graphics settings possible at frame rates that many would call semi-playable or unplayable. Minimum requirements generally say "You need this just to load the game." and the recommended hardware requirements are what you should really be looking at.
