Is my Gigabyte 7950 dying?

Hi.

Just starting yesterday, I noticed a significant amount of artifacting in every 3d application I had run. For example, I've started seeing random geometries stretching out into oblivion. This GPU is running at stock settings, I haven't overclocked it.

According to Newegg when I bought the card in June 2012, I would have a 3 year warranty. Now when I go to apply for the RMA, Gigabyte is telling me that I have to PAY them, as the warranty had expired. This is ridiculous. So since an RMA is out of the question, what would be the best course of action for me to take?

Thanks

Contact Gigabyte again and demand they honor their warranty. If they refuse contact Newegg about this (they may be able to help you out with this situation)

If you can't RMA you will need to buy a new GPU (unfortunately there's no two ways about it)
