What socket is this?

I am going to be building a computer and i want Intel Core i5-4670K Quad-Core Desktop Processor 3.4 GHZ 6 MB Cache - BX80646I54670K as a cpu i cant find out what the socket is for it so i can find a motherboard that is compatible for it.

Intel Core i5-4670K Quad-Core Desktop Processor 3.4 GHZ 6 MB Cache - BX80646I54670K also since this is a over clock able processor. Do i have to over clock it for it to work. or will it still work without the over clocking.
