gtx770 not working urgent help needed

I recently started moving parts into a new case (corsair obsidian 550D)
and when I installed my new PNY gtx770 it wouldnt boot. It only reaches the HP welcome screen then almost freezes and beeps slowly almost every 30 seconds. I know the card works and I know my board isn't busted cause I can use my amd card fine. So I'm wondering if there is a fix besides updating BIOS (no bios update for my system board). Please help

It sounds like the GTX 770 was damaged when you moved it. Static electricity is a silent killer. If the Radeon card works perfectly, then the GeForce card is dead. I'm sorry but it's just that simple. If it was anything else, then the Radeon card wouldn't work either.
