I have a gt630 2gb DDR3 i know is not a very good graphics card but is cheap and my question is if i can run Metro 2033?Thank you

No, even at lowest settings, the GT 640 only gets an average of 33-35fps in Metro 2033 and it's a better card than the GT 630. You probably could play it at low resolutions but that would really suck. You'll need to spend at least $100 to properly play Metro 2033 at 1080p:
XFX HD 7750 1GB - $100 (-$20 mail-in-rebate)
