The title says it all
I need a mobo
The price is non negotiable... Sucks sorry
#1-under $130
#2- Needs an HDMI port
#3- Sata 3 port
#4- AMD 3+ socket

I am getting the fx 4130 black edition processor, 600w power supply, 1tb HDD (with Sata 3 connection) I dont know what mobo to get or GPU so if you could give ne a hand with that too it would be much apritiated, the GPU is under $150 also non negotiable

Solution
The 6300 has 2 more cores than the 4300, and for only $20 more, it is a MUCH better value.
As more and more cores are starting to be used for games and application alike, if you can dish out slightly more and get a 6 core rather than a 4 core, that is a really good idea.
If you found the 4 core for $100, that is $25 a core.
If you find the 6 core for $120, that is a $20 a core.
So an fx 6300 is just more powerful than the 4300 and is a better bang for your buck.
The brackets for the speed mean the processor's turbo mode, which is explained here:

As for the motherboard you...

Why pick the 6300? I saw your link and its a 6core 3.5ghz bit it says in brackets 4.1 GHz. What does that mean? And I apretiate the knowledge about the HDMI port being on the grafics card, so what does (4.1) mean when it says 3.5ghz not in brackets and do the additional 4 cores make up the base speed difference and the $20 price difference, also what do you think about the mobo m5a97 2.0 by Asus because the one you recommended me seemed to have some boot up kinks

As for the motherboard you have picked, it is very nice and asus is definitely one of the best motherboard companies out there, however the asrock board has a more overclocking friendly chipset, but if you aren't planning on overclocking than by all means get the asus.
