Just as the title says I need a PC build for the cheapest amount of money while still maintaining the power of a higher end build. Even if it's a $2000 build, I don't care, just show me how cheap I can get while still being able to max out every game at 60 FPS.

Yeah I know I made that sound strange but if you could give me a list of parts for a build that maxes everything out for as cheap as possible then that would be great.
