When I turn my printer epson l210 on, the red light keeps on blinking and I cannot copy or print. The ink tank has ink. I have tried scanning, the scanner is working but the red light is still blinking. Any idea of what I can do?
Try cleaning the cartridge head in the options from the printer.
If that doesn't work, use a drop of IP on the printer ink inputs that are fixed on the printer..... a drop in each color input should make a difference but you'll need a few test prints to get the colors back to normal.
Normally the windows drivers tell you whats wrong. You may be unlucky enough to have one of Epsons scummy 'smart' printers, that will refuse to use old ink and make you replace it; Epson also have a habit of detecting ink cartridges that clearly have lots of ink in them as empty.

If you used a refill kit or a non-Epson cartridge, they may be the cause of the issue. You'll need to get a real Epson cartridge to reset the ink warning in that case, and replace it before it's empty with the 3rd party one, it may work OK for you then.
