1) You should never put your email online, as phishing bots scan forums like these for exactly that so that they can spam emails.
2) Nobody here is going to email you if you're too lazy to come see if there are answers to the question you asked us to answer for you, sorry.
3) What you're looking for is a program like Dragon speaking naturally, HOWEVER, in order for them to translate accurately, they have to be trained to the user's voice. You aren't going to be able to use even advanced software like that to transcribe an mp3 file.
4) What you're looking for is practically impossible... and it would be far, far, far easier for you to just listen to the mp3 file and write it down as you go.
