Yes, it will work with absolutely no problem as long as you isntall it correctly. make sure to uninstall and sell your 560ti or use it in another system

Do not uninstall the old drivers until you have the new ones installed (often it will override the old install). uninstalling drivers without getting the new ones first can cause serious problems sometimes

Just click the clean install button when installing the new drivers and you will be fine without uninstalling the 560 ti drivers

do not launch any type of 3d application until you install the new drivers though. just your browser.
what worked for me was just installing the new card, then using the driver install cd. I havent had a problem since i installed my card 6 months ago (upgraded from a 680 to a 780
