I'm working in an organization. Recently joined here. Previously one guy was here and setup all the connections including the wifi. We have totally 3 wifi connections.
Employee
Contractor
Guest

To use employee, one need a company account and I can do it.

I cannot connect to other two accounts say Guest and Contractor. Its connecting but when I open a browser, its asking for a username and password. I tried to get in touch with the previous employee but he didn't answer my call. Is there any way to get that user name and passwords as we have so many contractors and guests coming to our office daily.

Usually the contractor is already told by old employee to the contractor.. u can try asking them to get the pass/id..
same for guest account since it means to be public it should be documented somewhere.....

If u cannot, then have u consider to build new network setup by resetting all the modem/router/hardware, and set it up as u like...
by resetting hardware it will back to default factory configuration u can set it up from there...

this will be better since u will not constrained by old employes...
(u may need helps from ISP for modem configuration if u don't know it self)

Thanks for the reply rdc85...
Building a new network setup will b a headache 2 me.. :p
This is a large network..
The issue is resolved when I tried with my username and password. Then I checked in Active Directory users and found one group called "Wireless Users". The users in that group can access the internet using their employee id and password.
So I created a new random user and add to that group which gave me the solution.
Now Guests and Contractors can be connected using that username and password.
