Had to re-edit, How about Ranging from $150-$200? Is there any Processor+Mobo+V.CArd+Memory Price enough to fit $150-$200?You wont get anything with more processing power than a toaster, and better graffic-output than a tv from the 50ish.
Dont buy anything used, better save money up to buy something that actually works.

For a decent gaming APU I'd at least go with a quad core a8 or a10 depending on prices, still overbudget though

To be honest, just the graphics card and some more ram, that matches what you have, would be a vast improvement.

Yep, go with an older i3 (3220 was mentioned), and more/better RAM for now. Keep your eyes open for classifieds - sometimes you find really great deals there - unwanted gifts or compatibility issues usually lands up with people selling brand new equipment at a fairly decent discounted price. Besides, if everyone actually took note of your requirements then they wouldn't be mentioning GTX760's... DOTA2 at 1080 doesn't require much graphics horsepower to get playable frame rates. My suggestion is, search for the Toms article where they benchmarked various GFX cards for DOTA2 and then see what you're prepared to pay for based on today's pricing and availability. Your requirements aren't hectic at all, so you should be able to get something that works for you with that budget.

Hate to admit it, bro, but that's not nearly enough for even a bad gaming pc. Using $200 dollars you'd get about 7 FPS on Fallout 3 witheverything mind out. (Lowest possiblesettings) Unless someone was an idot and sold a 1200 dollar rig at a yard sale, which, no one would becuase they could get about 600 dollars at a pawn or even best-buy. You're going to have to raise that budget to about $900 to $1400, now that's more do-able.

I game just fine mostly arma2/ dayz standalone on an a8-5600k with mild oc, my monitors crap so its 1024x768 res for me but I have good fun waaay more than on my xbox 360/ps3 and good frames. What I done was spent a little at a time eg 1 stick of fast mem, used old hdd, psu and case etc, now I have 8gb dc mem and an ssd, may invest in a dgpu soon!

Honestly, 3fps on fallout 3 is a lie. I build gaming PCs with around 30fps on fallout 3 for that price easy, and I ship parts from China, usually refurbished and I haven't had a problem yet, but I'm thinking of buying an Asus Striker 2 775 so I may well get a part that is knackered soon lol anyway buying second hand parts is not a bad way to go, you could get a lot more for your money.. or even a trade in for your current parts, i'm sure there are places in the States for that. I'd aim for s775 instead of the newer parts. they still compete and I can get a q6600 for less than $66 although it would be better priced on US ebay am sure.
