Conclusion
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. No offending third party drivers have been found. Consider using WhoCrashed Professional which offers more detailed analysis using symbol resolution. Also configuring your system to produce a full memory dump may help you.

Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is actually responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

if you put your crash dump files on a cloud server like skydrive (with public access) i can look at them with a debugger and
maybe see what the problem is.

SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b)
Probably caused by : win32k.sys ( win32k!HmgLockEx+a3 )

It looks like you are running a bunch current 3rd party drivers, (2013) but you have not installed any service packs or updates to your OS files.
Your win32k.sys file that is broken was last updated in 2009. (most 3rd party drivers will have been tested to work on the current version of the OS at the time that the driver was shipped.)

-install the free service pack and updates and retest.
