heres the analysis by whocrashed
Anyone can give me suggestions of solving this problem? Any feedback would be extremely helpful thanks

one of the memory dumps indicates your wireless adapter driver. I would start there and update your
wusb54gv4x64.sys driver. it looks like a linksys branded USB wireless card with a Ralink Technology Inc chip set.

try linksys for a driver update: http://support.linksys.com/en-us/support?referrer=www.linksysbycisco.com
if that driver fails you want to get a driver from the chipset maker ralink but I would have to know the model of wireless card you have to find the chipset that is used. Note: these usb devices can also fail because of issues with the USB port. sometimes all you have to do it move the device to another USB port on the computer. (move from a usb 3.0 to a usb 2.0 port or move from a hub to a port directly on the motherboard or add in card)

I think you might just have the generic driver that the vendor gave microsoft, you might need the updated driver for the vendor. Because this is a USB device you can have more than one driver on your system and may have to select the alternate driver. You can do this in control panel, hardware, device manager, find your wireless devices right click,
select update driver,
select browse my computer for driver software,
select let me pick form a list of device drivers on my computer

now you should have a list of drivers to choose from.
on my system i have 4 potential drivers for my one device.
(a generic version from microsoft, a generic version from the chip vendor, a specific chip version from microsoft and a specific chip version from the vendor)

you will want specific one that is the most up to date. (sorry the stupid program does not show the dates, have fun guessing the right one to pick) (you can go back and select the properties and then the driver tab to see which driver version and date was activated)

Note: since you have a USB device, you may find your problem will reoccur again if you move your device to another port. (more fun)
you might want to google on how to make device manager show hidden devices so you can delete them. (usb devices that have been removed, but the configuration gets saved)
