Windows 11 update brings advertisements to the start menu

files on the drive does not open

files on the D drive does not open. Every time message appears that " you do not have access privilege" D-drive is NTFS.
How to solve this problem

Right click on a folder and select properties then Owner tab then click the take ownership button.
