I actually have a list for under $650 USD. The CPU is different, but it is still a competent processor. I highly recommend using pcpartpicker.com to put together a list, as they show you the lowest prices and also take into account the type of power supply you would need. I didn't use it for this list, because I'm on mobile, but searching for all of these shouldn't be too hard.

COUGER MG100 Micro-ATX Case

MSI 760GMA-P34(FX) AM3+ Motherboard

AMD FX6300 CPU

EVGA GTX 660 Superlock Videocard

EVGA 500w 80+ Bronze Power Supply

Team 8GB (2x 4G) TED38192M1600HC11DC RAM

WD Caviar Blue 1TB Hard Drive

All of this should be about $600-$650. I hope this helps!

Also, you may want to add a 120mm fan as an intake in the front of the case.

No that CPU is overkill
Get the AMD FX-6300 instead.
The video card is good to go.
For the PSU, DON'T get VS-450.
It will hardly last a year and a half.
Get the CX 430 instead. The prices are same.
For the RAM, I suggest at least get 2 x 4GB.But you can get 4 GB right now and upgrade later. (up to you)
For the HDD, get the Western Digital Caviar blue 500GB.
For the Chassis, get The NZXT Gamma or the Cooler Master K281 or the Cooler master N200 mini tower.
