Buying new PC components under 50K INR

Hello everyone!
First of all let me tell you about my current build

1. Processor : Intel E7400 Core 2 Duo
2. Graphic card : Nvidia 9400GT 1gb
3. Motherboard : Intel DG41RQ
4. RAM: 4gb (2x2) 400 MHz DRAM frequency, DDR2.
5. A 15" CRT Monitor.
6. 400W generic PSU
Now I am planning to upgrade my processor in a range of 15-17K INR (for price please see flipkart.com for reference) like an Intel i5 4670K.
And buying a graphic card in the range of 16-18K INR like R9270X or AMD 7870 2GB.
In addition to both of them please also recommend a PSU under 4K.

As I am a little less on budget and want an LED 21-23" monitor for 12-13K INR too I decided not to upgrade my motherboard. Will both the processor and gpu work fine on this chipset as I am not going to overclock both of them for at least 2-3 years down the line.

Any recommendation of Processor and gpu in the given price range is also warmly welcome.

Thanks in advance :)

For a build under 50k i highly recommend you to go with AMD.
For a i5 4670k you need a z87 chipset so you will have to change your mobo.
Buy a fx 6300 or if you want more performance go with a 8320.
You will have to change you RAM to DDR3 as DDR2 doesnt work with new mobo.
R9 270x is a good gpu in that price bracket.
woophh!! There are lot of things to be done in your build man.

In addition to that a new motherboard and some ram is needed. Rather go with an fx 6300

Where do you live in India?
There are many other sites other than flipkart as some prices on flipkart are really not justified.
Or you can just go to Nehru place and you will surely get cheap parts than online.

Thanks for replying.

And what about the PSU? And also recommend 4GB RAM!

i5 is good , but it is costly while you can get a fx6300 for 7500 on flipkart.
For RAM go with corsair vengaence or kingston blue or red series.
Corsair 550 watt will be enough for you rig

You realize that you will still require another mobo if you are planning on getting an fx 6300 or an i5

fx 6300 requires a motherboard with an AM3+ socket

i5 haswell requires a motherboard with a 1150 socket

Your motherboard has an LGA 775 socket, NOT COMPATIBLE

1. Processor : AMD FX-6300 - 7869/- (http://www.flipkart.com/amd-3-5-am3-fx-6-core-fx-6300-f...)
2. Graphic card : MSI NVIDI 660N 2GB GDDR5 - 16229/- (http://www.flipkart.com/msi-nvidia-n660-2gd5-oc-2-gb-gd...)
3. Motherboard : Asus M5A97 R2.0 - 7102/- (http://www.flipkart.com/asus-m5a97-motherboard/p/itmd5p...)
4. RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 4 GB - 3041/- (http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-vengeance-ddr3-4-gb-1-x...) [Or get 2x2GB if you can]
5. PSU: Corsair VS550 550W - 3180/- (http://www.flipkart.com/corsair-vs550-550-watt-psu/p/it...)
Total: 37421/-

Couldn't find an LED monitor in your budget so leaving that up to you. (Accounting for 12,579/-) :)

Hey thanks for the reply, I think I got confused so can anyone suggest a motherboard under 5k.. Cause I want to shell 2k more on gpu i.e 270x and not 660 . So please reply, and I also lowered my monitor budget to 10k (18.5" monitor rather than 21-23")
And once again thanks to everyone of you for helping me out and sorry for choosing the solution prematurely :(

For fx 6300 and r9 270x a motherboard under 5k with 32gb ram support.
and should I go for nvidia 660 for 1080p gaming at low cost?

Motherboard

The R9 270X is around 8% faster than the gtx 660. If the price difference is small, get the 270X else the 660 would fair pretty well at 1080p

Also check out a 7870 or R9 270, both should be cheaper than the 270X but still faster than the gtx 660

And you don't need 32gb of ram, 8gb is more than enough, just saying if you where thinking of going for that much ram

You can go for Asrock 970 Pro 2 MoBo. Less than 5k on flipkart. Get the r9 270x GPU with the saved money. Ill try to find a suitable monitor for you tomorrow. :)

Here's a good monitor: Dell S2240L 21.5 inch LED Monitor
Available for 8980/- on snapdeal. (http://www.snapdeal.com/product/dell-s2240l-215-inch-le...)
Also, you can probably get the above mentioned configuration for much cheaper on Snapdeal. You will not have to compromise on MoBo and GPU. It should come in your budget. Personally I buy from Snapdeal due to cheaper rates however, delievery is always a day or two late. :p
