So long story short, i spilt some tea on the desk and a slight amount of tea fell on to my Tower. When i realised i tried to wipe as much off and turned the PC off, but i was a couple of seconds too late as the monitor then registered that there was no signal. Now the weird bit is that it only fell on the front top part of the tower, which has no hardware except for the HDD. I did what was recommended on situations like mine and opened up the sides, blew out with a hairdryer and waited to turn on. I looked around for any moisture or signs that any of the tea could have gotten anywhere else and saw no droplets. When i eventually turned it on there was a clicking sound. I realised that it was the HDD so took it out and the clicking stopped. But i still can't seem to get a monitor response or get into BIOS. Does this mean that even if a slight amount of tea got somewhere the whole thing is lost?

Yeah - i found out it was one of the video cards - turned out to be the GDDR3 3GB GT 640

If I'm honest I'm not sure, i bought the pc 2 weeks ago and those specs are from the purchase - I'm not even sure really what that means either lol I'm only new to the desktop realm until recently so not very learned in regards to Windows and what not.

Thanks for the reply though - now I just need to buy a new HDD :)
