Should I get the GTX 660 or just take the GTX 760? (NEED ADVICE)

I'm having a trouble to choose which VGA to buy.

Should I get the MSI Geforce GTX 660 Twin Frozr OC 2 GB 192 Bit DDR5 or the ordinary Zotac Geforce GTX 760 without OC/AMP?

GTX 660 is $50-60 cheaper in my country

Can GTX 660 play battlefield 4, crysis 3 in maxed settings?

Of course get 760, it is current gen and it perform slightly better then 660. And of course You will be able to OC it by Yours easily.

But, i wouldn't choose Zotac with it's stock Cooling, look at MSI/EVGA/etc. with custom cooling.

Also what is other specs?

GTX660 can run BF4 max to ultra but at something like 50-60FPS max, i own MSI TW OC 660..

I only got 500W PSU and i5-4440 for the core
4GB x 2 RAM
It's expensive to get the MSI or EVGA one

If you have problem buying msi or evga as they are costly then go for zotac.
Atleast zotac 760 is better than 660.

Are Your PSU branded, what model? GTX760 needs a bit more power, so 500W is bare minimum for it, descent branded PSU with dedicated 12V rail should do the work.

And still look for the 760 it will give Your more power, just look for other model than one with reference cooling design, buy it at own risk, it can be noisy and not as efficient as custom ones.

500 watts is enough for 760.
It consumes only 170 watts.
And as a whole for the rig it is enough.

If you want to max those games then definitely get the more powerful 760.

The 760 won't max those games at 1080p so if you can spend more get a GTX 770 or even 780. Both can still run with a 500W PSU.

I can only buy MSI GTX 660 with my current budget and the highest I can buy is the normal Zotac Geforce GTX 760
I have the FSP Hexa 500W 80+

Buy the zotac 760 and you wont regret as compared to 660.
I havent heard of that psu brand.
But if its 80+ then you dont need to worry.

500w psu does NOT mean sufficent for a 170w card - depends on the brand of the PSU - cheap nasty 500w PSU's will not power that card, branded PSU's sure they will power it no worrys at all

Mine is FSP Hexa 500W 80+
Its a brand from Taiwan.

I have limited budget so I can't afford good PSU.

i reccomend that you buy a gtx 760...its worth the extra cost as it is significantly faster than a gtx 660
it also perfectly suits your requirements...at 1080p with 4x anti aliasing a 660 would barely give you about 20-22 fps in crysis 3 maxed out while a 760 can get you to about 30...though 30 aint great u can turn off aa and easily get above 40 fps
with bf4 u get great framerates at max settings so i suggest u get a 760

If you are on a tight budget then go for a 270x.
But if you are ready to spend 30$ then go for 760.
It performs better.

PSU seems to be fine, just get GTX760. Only question is brand/cooling, i would be aware of that reference one... But if no other choice then get it, it will stil perform better.

Will the GTX 760 get easily hot? Since the R9 270X has IceQ X2 Turbo Boost?

Should I upgrade to 550W 80+ or just keep the 500W 80+ one?

It doesnt have the ordinary cooling.
When we say that its not a good brand we mean that as not good as EVGA or ASUS.
It will perform well better than 270x.
