My idle temperature is around 40c, my nomal temperature is around around 55c, when I tried to encode a video the temperature raised to 90-100c so I stopped immediately.. I opened MSI Extreme Tuning Utility and took the stress test for 1 minute and the temperature was around 100c (not higher than 100c).

So I wanted to buy HYPER 212 EVO because I heard is good and cheap but in my country's shop site its says that is compatible with Intel Socket: LGA1366/1156/1155/775 and my CPU is LGA 1150.

So my questions are:
1. Are those temperatures normal?
2. If I encode one video for some hours would it make damage to the cpu or motherboard?
3. Does it mean that HYPER 212 EVO is not compatible with my CPU
4. And if the answer is yes to question 3 what other good and cheap cooler you can suggest for my CPU?

PC INFO:
CPU: Intel i7-4770k 3.5GHz
RAM: 8GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE 8GB DDR3 1600ΜΗΖ
GRAPHIC CARD: nVidia GeForce GTX 760
MOTHERBOARD: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming

Solution
The cooler is compatible to your CPU.

And yes, those temps are extremely high and dangerous.
Buy the hyper 212 evo. best cooler out there.

im running a hyper 212 evo with an i54670k, its a haswell chip aswell and im using an "Asus maximus VI hero" motherboard (no its not over kill on the motherboard, i got it on a black Friday sale) so it should be compatable with a hyper 212 evo.

Edit: if its important other heat generating/cooling things are a define design R4 case 3 140mm fans and a gtx 760
