I am planning to build a medium gaming rig. But I am not sure either the build is good or not. So, I hope U all can give me some advice before I start buying it. Here my build

CPU : AMD FX 6300
MBO: ASUS M5A78L-M LX
Video Card: ZOTAC NVIDIA GTX 760 4gb
RAM: KINGSTON HYPER X 4gb 1600
DVD Player: LG 24X
HDD: WD 500gb BLUE
CASING: XIGMATEK RECON
PSU: ACBEL I POWER G550W+80
MONITOR : ACER S220HQL LED

I always play darksider 2, tomb rider, dota 2 and WOT and Idk if that build will enable me to play those game with full hd at playable framerate.
If u can provide a better build without excluding that video card , I really appriciate it. :-)

That PSU looks bad. Get something from Corsair, Thermaltake, XFX or EVGA

You'll get good performance from that build.

Try to get the Asus M5a97 LE, if you can.
Get at least 2 x 4gb RAM if it's a gaming PC.

Regarding the PSU, DO NOT BUY cheap PSUs. Only buy from a reliable brand like Antec, Seasonic, Corsair.

Rest all is fine

Just wondering why are you going with 4gb of Vram.(its needed if you play on resolutions more than 1080 or multimonitors.)
Instead of that you could go with 770 2gb.
And change your psu. its not reliable.

The 760 4gb is a waste of money as all that video memory will not be utilized. Rather get the 2gb

or

If you can, 8gb of ram will benefit allot in games

Get a better quality power supply.

This one will do well

haha 750W for that build? talk about overkill and money could be spent elsewhere

He says he wants to upgrade later.
And that is why i recommended the Asus m5a97 LE motherboard.

Ya its good.
But remember the next upgrade you should do is to add another stick of RAM.

Yeah, I need to add another stick of it, should I get a heat sink for the cpu right now? I am afraid the stock fan cant keep up with my build.

Stock fan will do the work unless one doesnt overclock.
No need right now of you are on a budget.

yes don't overclock with stock cooler, otherwise everything looks fine, happy to help you, good luck :)

nah, don't lower the psu, the CM is not that good and it leave you with no room to upgrade

I think you should go with corsair as it is much more reputed than cooler master in psu manufacturing.
If you can get a corsair 550 watts go for it.
But i personally think you should get 750watts as it will give some headroom for the future.
