Cheap CPU cooler

Hello all,

I've got an Asus Z78-K MOBO with an i5 4670 processor. I heard a cooler is not nescecerry but i want less noise.

Can someone advise me which cooler is cheap, but good? What about de Mugen?

i have a mugen 3 and i got to say got no complaining i got a i5-2500k(no OC) and with full load cpu gets around 40°C and idle around 20°C the only downside you can have is that the mugen covers the first slot for ram but with my motherboard(Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3h) there is no problem with the memory slots.
