Is this gonna be a future-proof PC for at least 2 years?

AMD FX-8350 8-Core Black Edition 4.0GHz
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO(Is this gonna be enough for OC at about 4.5GHz?)
Asus NVIDIA GTX 770 2gb
Asus M5A97 R2.0
Corsair Vengeance 1600MHz 2x4gb DDR3 RED
Corsair Builder CX600
1TB WD Caviar Blue 64mb
LG LED 22en33 x 2
Cooler Master Elite 430

Is the GTX 770 going to handle 2 monitors on gaming? I probably won't use it that much for gaming(on both monitors), but Im gonna game on 1 monitor and the 2nd Im going to do web, coding etc.

Solution
You won't want to play games across 2 monitors. That would be awful. You NEED odd numbers of monitors for multi display gaming.

This computer will play ultra settings for a year or so then play high settings for a long time.

Change the PSU to an XFX, Seasonic, Antec, Corsair (not CX) unit. The CX units have poor quality capacitors.

Yes, that rig would be future proof for more than 2 years. It will last till next five years as a decent gaming rig (ram upgrade may be needed). Gtx 770 is strong enough to handle games with two monitors, but not on ultra. It can ultra almost any game on 1440p though.
Again it will last as a high end gaming rig till next 1-2 years and a decent gaming rig till next 4-5 years. If you plan on buying a better gpu after 3 years then it will be great again.
