I made a mistake of ordering some cards a while back that yall helped me decide was a bad idea. I ended up buy a Radeon 6870 HD that was a heck of a good deal at the time, and a new power supply.

I'm looking to upgrade a few things on my system, I'm looking for a good solid budget graphics card preferably Nvidia, but will run ATI again. Probably under 300$

Any ideas?

that benchmark is the 2GB card ^^
i find it funny people always link benchmarks when they are misleading 90% of the times, i found out that with my 280x toxic, never seen such bullshit benchmarks :) in reality it's only slighty slower than 780 but on benchmarks it's like 50% worse than 780

but nevermind that, let's say 760 is faster

4GB Vram does nothing for the core performance and at 1080P none of the extra 2GB will get used on a 270X!

Watch sales on newegg. I seen a pny gtx 770 on sale for 299.99 last week. A 770 is a nice step over a gtx 760
