power supply for video card

oki i found a video card worthy of performing for my well being xD

gpu - sapphire vapor x radeon r9 270x 2gb oc boost video card
it says power supply requirement is 500 watt

some build specs below

cpu - i5 4670k

mobo - asus z87 A

ram - mushkin enhanced black line 8gb 2x4gb drr3 1600 240 pin

also psu must be haswell ready if you recommend a psu :) 

here is what iv been looking at the corsair tx-650w v2 have high enough wattage?

The TX 650 w v2 is more than what you require.
Get a 550 watt instead.

psu is good.
You dont require this much but will give you headroom for the future if you intend to crossfire.

550w? really hmm well ya know tobe safe i will goto with a 650w for stuff like case fans and usb charging ya kno :)

You are only 250w peak.
If these are cheaper get one of these
Seasonic G550w
Seasonic M12II520w
Rosewill Capstone 550w
if not stick to that Corsair TX v2.
