I am a dj, i use an external hard drive to play. The drive is currently full and will not store anymore changes to it. I have a larger external hard drive and would like to copy the exact data on it to the larger drive. They are both Seagate hard drives. How do I go about this so my crates and cue points etc... shows in Serato scratch live. I am using a MacBook laptop.

More about : make exact copies external hard drives

Clonezilla is a free bootable disc cloning application. Other options would be Symantec Ghost, or something like Acronis True Image.

Use cloning software and clone the old drive to the new drive. There is plenty of free cloning software out there. I've never used seagates's disk wizard, but it may be able to do it for you. otherwise, try something like clonezilla or one of easeus's products.
