Motherboard and processor compatibility?

Hello toms hardware peeps, I was just wondering if a GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3 mobo will support an amd fx 8350.The socket is the same size it seems, but I know there's more things to account. That's where you guys come in..?

right on!! I figured it would after all the research I did, just wanted to make sure. Once I get home I will check my bios version, although i am sure it is fine.

yea true that :p well I checked and my motherboard is rev. 5 and the bios version on it is FA. I looked at the cpu support list and it all checks out!! :D
