Does power supplies fit with all computers

Hey all. I wants to buy a corsair CX750 750W but when i compare it with my old one i can see that it aint the same pins and so on so i wonder, wil it fit? Oh and ive used a gtx770 with a 550W for some time do u guys think its harmed of it? Thanks :)

yes and no, Power Supplies follow a few form factors, meaning that there are sets of them that are all the same size, form factors include: ATX, Micro ATX, Mini ITX, BTX, among others. ATX being the most common, it's highly likely you can use any ATX powersupply in the place of another, as long as it meets or exceeds the previous ones power rating.
