CPU Overclocking cooler, PLEASE HELP

Hi guys, I really need your help now. I have an i5 3470 3.2 ghz processor, and I would like to overclock it. I have the factory fan, an I was wondering, if I had to change the fan for an overclocking of my CPU?
My specs: intel core i5 3470 3.2 ghz, GTX GeForce 760 oc GIGABYTE, 8 gb of ram, 1 TB HDD. Please help, thanks

Yes

The stock cooler that you get with cpu is only if *YOU ARE NOT OVERCLOCKING
:)

*tip : never overclock with a cooler that you get with your cpu
