I have windows xp and my ntldr is missing. My mini laptop doesn't have a cd drive or floppy disc. How can I possibly install the missing ntldr to my mini laptop without a cd drive to load it? I have important files on that hardrive that I need! Is there a way to load the ntldr using a flashdrive hooked up to my usb port? Or any another solution? Any suggestions I would greatly appreciate! Thank you.....
Thank you for your responses. Well I downloaded hirens boot live xp cd from the internet from this link here at http://windowsi386.blogspot.com/2011/08/hiren-boot-cd-xp-live-cd.html and than copied it on a flashdrive. I then extracted the files from the zip on the flashdrive. I put the flashdrive in my laptop and nothing happened? It didn't work. Page froze at F2 and F12 options before it goes to ntldr is missing when pull out the flashdrive. Is there any links with instructions on how to do this? I must be doing something wrong here? Please help, I would greatly appreciate it. My mini laptop does not have a cd drive......
