Don't understand what you need, just save the importat data and go for install a fresh Windows 7. You can choice if format the driver in NTFS or not.

You can format the drive when you install Windows 7. There is an option during the install process to delete the existing partition and create a new one. Deleting the existing partition will wipe the existing OS and all data. Just make sure you have the CD/DVD drive as the first boot device before you attempt to install Windows 7.

Yes, Windows will take care of it for you and you can switch it back later. Just make sure to watch for the "press any key to boot from CD" prompt after you start the computer with the Windows 7 installation disc.

Windows should install enough drivers to get you going. Your mobo should have come with a drivers disc. After those drivers after you install Windows and then check the mobo manufacturer's site for updated drivers. Do not trust Windows update for all the drivers you need.
