Hello.

I've just recently built a brand new computer with a Gigabyte GTX 660. After a few days of use, I have encountered a few problems. First off, when the GPU is idle, the monitor is off and all, its temp is around 50°C. When I play games such as FIFA 14 and NBA 2K14 the temp is around 37°C. This is really weird.

Onto the second issue. When I play games like CoD: Ghosts, there are some sort of transparent lines on the screen which kind of lighten around. Not really sure how to explain it, but hope you've understood it.

Last but not least, while watching YouTube videos after a while the video starts lagging, but as soon as I move my mouse a little bit it all goes back to normal. I've read it may be virus related, but I've scanned my computer with NOD32 and everything seems to be alright.

What do you guys think the problem may be?

Oh, also forgot. My setup is as follows:

i5-4670k,
Z87 Extreme4,
Vengeance 8GB,
Barracuda 1TB,
GTX 660,
ModXStream Pro 600W.

I'm using an Asus VK193D and I'm using an adaptor to attach it to the GPU. My mate thinks that may be the problem. I'm kinda stressed about this because it's a brand new computer I've invested some money into.

I did change the time for turning the monitor off. Also, resource monitor shows nothing but the regular System.exe and chrome.exe and promon.exe (?).

I found something out today. When the videos start lagging, there is a weird process that is shown up on the disk resources monitor: ryzxjcguqsg.exe. What may it be?
