Whenever Im watching a video on any browser the video player on any website will lag
intermittently however the audio keeps going perfectly and the video catches up a second later. I
have tried clearing the cache and temp files and laptop performance is not an issue. This
problem is getting very annoying and Im not sure what else to try. Any ideas?
