Average ideal temperature for i7 4770K with High end dual coolers assembled

Hi,
What is the ideal average decent temperature range for i7 4770K with High end dual fans attached to the aftermarket cooler ?

Depends on your case airflow and specific cpu cooler.
My stock i7 4770k is setting at @30c as I browse the net and have a background radio site running.
Noctua D14 and Fractal Arc Midi R2 all 140mm slots filled on low speed.
If you are under 40c browsing,email,other task going you're fine.

Hi Thank you for the reply.
Mine is showing 38°C for CPU and 26°C for MotherBoard.
But my configuration is same as in this site except I have a dual fan padded to NOCTUA NH-U14S cooler and 1050 Watts PSU and NZXT 530 Phanton.

I could see this below site posted 26 °C in idle. :(

Note :
I am using i7 4770K and Noctua NH-U14S Air Cooler with dual fans and low noise cables.
Is there any scope for low noise cables for causing this issue ?

While installing the only mistake I did is I need to place the fan on the cpu 5 - 7 times & move little here and there to properly align it.So the thermal paste was dancing in the bottom.And I finally fixed it :(
