Will this ram fit in the Cpu cooler?

Buying Crucial Ballistix Sport TX 2x4gb http://www.crucial.com/store/partspecs.aspx?IMODULE=BLS2K4G3D18ADS3
will it fit under the Cooler master Hyper 212 EVO?
and is the Seasonic M12II 620w a good PSU?

Depends on your motherboard, but I have RAM that tall in mine. If the cooler is sitting over the RAM slots on your motherboard you'll have to check against what Cooler Master recommends RAM height to be.

The ram will only use two dims.

He could have a MicroATX board with 2 DIMM slots, or an ITX board though, which is why I asked.

Well guys, I have the Asus M5A97 R2.0 and I really need that cooler so will it fit in with my ram?
The Crucial Ballistix TX 1866Mhz and I do plan on upgrading in the future to 16gb of ram..
Should I get another cpu cooler?

That will be fine now, yeah. In the future when you upgrade, you may have to get low profile RAM though. But that won't be a problem.
