I downloaded an ISO of my favorite childhood game (From a trusted source) because my CD won't work :(  I extracted the ISO, and now I have a folder with 14 BIN files named Hot Wheels-Turbo Racing (Track (1-14)) and one CUE named Hot Wheels Turbo Racing. I've tried running all the BINS and one works occasionally, the CUE doesn't do anything at all, and I've tried running the 7z file it came in to no avail. My emulator is PSXe and has never failed me at all, seeing as my computer can handle any PSX game thrown at it. If you guys can help me with this problem or tell me how to get the ISO off my (Extremely scratched) disk, then please do. I've tried every setting with ImgBurn that I could, and I couldn't save the game, so that's why I tried downloading it. :(

We don't help people violate copyright laws here.

But since I own the game, it isn't illegal, right?

No, you don't own the game, you own a license to play the game and the plastic it came on. Furthermore, many emulators do not work without first acquiring an image of the original system ROM from a console. That too is copyright infringing.
