I just spent around 700 dollars on my gaming pc and a couple of days later the power company had a power outtage. It took me a LONG time to save up that money and now I don't know if anything is damaged or not.... The computer was turned on and I don't have any power surge protector strip or anything. Please, I don't know what to do.

If you had a power outage then the computer would be forced off , like just unplugging the cord from the wall. Such an event would not do any damage to the computer. If there was a storm and the power was struck by lightning then you could have a power surge which being without a surge protector there could be damage to the computer.

Turning the computer back on will not do any further damage and as soon as you can you should get a surge protector.

Power it up, everything is supposed to be fine when power drops out, the biggest risk to a sudden power loss is that windows might be being dumb(like usual) and modifying some important files on the drive when power drops out, it won't be able to finish the write so something might get corrupted.

The PSU will protect everything from harm generally, if there is a power dip it will drop out, if there is a power spike the MOV should catch it. Turn it on, i am betting on it being perfectly fine.
