Cant find gpu to crossfire with mine

I was planning on buying another Gigabyte hd 7970 ghz to crossfire with mine. But when i looked all of them were out of stock. so i looked into getting a r9 280x but they are all around 400-500 dollars that's almost 200 dollars more than mine was. so i need to find another of my current graphics card or find a cheaper r9 280x.
any suggestions?
If not do you know when the price of the r9 280x will go down?

You're just going to have to keep looking for a 7970 GHz or a 280X, it's as simple as that. I don't think the 280X will drop in price for a while, probably when the new Maxwell line comes out from Nvidia but that might not be for a while, some people say February, some say not until September, so it's highly uncertain.
