Intel S5000PSL Graphics cards?

(unsure as to if it's a S500 or S5000PSL)

Can anyone suggest a graphics card that would work in this board that can be bought for under £100?
I only want a graphics card for higher resolution but if it will allow me to game then that would be great too.

Any help is appreciated!

I am using the system with that board as a server for my house, I have a custom built PC for gaming. The server can do everything I need it to but I'm just looking for a way to increase the resolution I'm getting from it, as the max is 1024 x 700 or something along those lines, and was just wondering if there was a graphics card that could do this for me.

I read on a few forums that apparently you can?

Is there any other way I can get better resolution except a GPU?

My current monitor is 1360x768 and the monitors I am looking to purchase are 1920x1080, is there anyway I can get the full res?
