Hey guys, I am looking for a new graphics card for my PC to get me through until I get my super PC. My specs are:
OS: Windows 7
Graphics: Radeon HD 5450
RAM: 8 GB
CPU: Intel i5
PSU: 300w

I am not looking to play games on high or anything but I just want them to run smoothly. My 5450 tends to run slow and screen tears even on the very lowest settings. I don't want to upgrade my PSU because I am saving up for a better computer but I don't mind buying a better graphics (if there is one).
Thanks in advance.

if your going to build a newer pc soon. your better off waiting and buying the parts are at once or buying a new power supply and gpu and moving them when your ready to build the new pc.

it all depends on money and the time it takes for your good pc to arrive. if you are going for a quick GPU id suggest a simple gtx 650 ti witch works fine and gets about 30 fps in most games at medium/high settings for around 110$. if you have some more money to spend think about maybe a radeon 7790 or a gtx 660 witch are about 140 to 180 bucks. what is your max budget for the GPU? maybe i can find a good cart for your price range. also what GPU is going into your new pc?
