Well, none, because these board have a single 16x slot and a 4x slot, which would bottleneck any gpu for gaming today, be it AMD or Nvidia. It also doesn't support SLI, just crossfire.

I'd say it's the perfect one for you. 1st and 2nd Pci slot run at 16x, it's 990 chipset, not 970, so also Overclocking will be better and so on.

Here's also some good news for your SLI, taken from their website:

M5A99FX PRO R2.0 brings multi-GPU configurations through both SLI™ and CrossFireX.

So yeah, It'll be good, however, if you'll overclock, I'd get the Sabertooth. I get the color schemes and all, but I think performance is more important here. It's a much more gaming-oriented Motherboard.

In any case, you won't go wrong!
