After hours of trying to build my first pc i get to the point where i'm going to plug the SSD in. Well the SATA cables i got with the motherboard don'f fit in the SSD the other end with the 90 degree turn fits, but the other end is too short? The SSD didn't come with any cables. Do i have to drive another freaking 70 km to get one cable?

Solution

Yes it comes with your PSU.
It looks something like this.

A standard SATA cable will have an identical connector on either end. Whether or not the cable orientation to the connector is molded at a 90° angle or not is irrelevant. If both ends of the cable are not identical, you either don't have a standard SATA cable, or you're trying to install the wrong cable.

SATA connections on your SSD or spinning platter hard disk will have both a data and power connector. The cable coming from your motherboard is DATA only, therefore you will need to attach a SATA power connection from your power supply to fulfill the larger connector portion of the SATA drive you are attaching to the system.

SATA Power looks like this:

SATA DATA looks like this (notice how the electrical connector is the same on either end, regardless of the 90° molded connector):

In your picture, the connector on the right of the SSD is the power connection. That is a separate cable you run from your power supply, not your motherboard.

Older power supplies may not provide SATA Power connections, may not include enough, or they can be too close together to attach to every SATA drive in the system. When necessary, 4-pin Molex connectors can be used instead by attaching an adapter such as this:

Case Define R4, mobo Maximus IV Hero. I think i asked the question wrong. English is not my native language, sorry about that. So know i know the cable i (might) be missing is the power which is the longer one. Should it come with the psu? i didnt see any cables that matches the longer (power?) connector of the SSD.

YES! Found it. The bag with those cables were hidden under my dads jacket.. I'm so glad people help me so gladly even when i ask 'stupid' questions. First time ever building a pc and don't have much experience with hardware anyways. Thank you all here at Tomshardware.
