I'm currently building a rig, an AMD oriented one mostly because Intel is way out of my budget, but I'm not sure about my PSU. Here are the specs:

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P
CPU: AMD FX-8320
RAM: Kingston HyperX Beast 2x4GB 1866MHz
GPU: MSI Radeon R9 270X HAWK
HDD: Western Digital 1TB Blue WD10EZEX

The PSU I'm going to buy is the Chieftec CTG-650C. It's a 80+ Bronze PSU, you can find more info here: http://www.chieftec.com/power_CTG.html The reason why I chose this one is because it's pretty reasonably priced and it's a 80+ Bronze PSU, and in my country good manufacturers (the most popular one here is LC Power who also makes cases which come with their own power supplies, so I tend to avoid them like a plague) like Seasonic and such are insanely priced. I've been to the PSU calculator on ASUS and some other sites and they all say that I need 550W minimum for this rig to be powered correctly. This power supply is 650W, but I'm worried because I'm planning on OC-ing both the GPU and the CPU. Should I go with this PSU or get something like Seasonic SS-620GB (this is the only one that's reasonable, even the 500W PSUs from Seasonic here are over 150$)?
