Quiet Cooling the 8320

I'm upgrading from a AMD Phenom II X6 1055T Thuban 2.8Ghz to the 8320.

I have been using a Zalman 9700 and its REALLY loud.

What do you guys suggest for quiet and efficient cooling.

I went with this cooler: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835705069

I didn't expect much from it and the only real reason I bought it was that my pc is a mini-ITX, but it works flawlessly, and it is very silent.

I get idle temps of about 40-45C(104-113f) and my load temps are about 50-55C(122-131f). These temps are from an AMD Athlon 750k and AMD CPU's tend to run hotter than intel BTW.
