I have an average PC, an i5 4440 CPU with an AMD R9 270, 8gb RAM. Would it help if I used an application that helps boosting game performance? Or would it actually make no difference at all? If I should use one which one should I use?

I already use Glary Utilities to keep my PC Healthy. Thanks in advance.

Pretty much all those things do is turn off services. Which you can do yourself, and be selective about it.

Thank you. One more question, I've noticed Im getting around 90-100 ping in games like Battlefield: Bad Company 2 even in the nearest of servers while actually having a 50MB download speed connection. I've heard about applications which can lower your ping quite a bit. Know a program I could use by any chance? Thanks again.

For ping, once it is outboard of your router, there is nothing you can do to influence that except connect to a closer server.
And the 'ping' between you and your router should be 1ms.
