Nope. If this is from eBay, and you look at the fine print, you'll see that you are actually buying a defunct PC, and the software that supposedly goes with it.
The catch is, you have to go find the warehouse and pick up the hardware.
This is someones ex-VLK. And could be cut off at any time.

It might or might not be....if it is OEM for DELL branded machines, it is not legit if you do not have a DELL brand machine....
