what best silent cooler for amd FX 8350

Hello, what best silent cooler with some low profile for AMD FX 8350 ?
Motherboard Asus M5A88-M
Chassis Acer Aspire M3400
1 chassis fan Noctua NF-A9
16GB DDR3 RAM
Graphics ATI Radeon HD 7750
Corsair 600W Builder Series CX Series CX 80+ Bronze ATX Power Supply

I don't mind for about water cooler ,looking for something with low noise fan,atm have arctic Alpine 64 Pro rev.2 but is too noisy.
My budget is to £30-£35
I thinking between
1)Scythe Shuriken Rev.B Quiet Low Profile
2) Scythe Samurai Z Rev.B Quiet CPU Cooler
3)Zalman CNPS8000B
4)Zalman CNPS8900
5)ZALMAN CNPS7000C

Please let me know choice ,and I do not use any turbo or overlock.I'm looking for low noise ultra quiet cpu cooler with low profile.
Maybe u know any others cpu cooler fans with low noise than I did on the list.

I would go with one of the Zalmans, probably the CNPS8900.

Try a cheaper liquid cooler with a 120mm radiator. I would recommend Corsair. I use an H50 and replaced the fans with 2 Antec 120mm Tri Cools. I hit 55c at 100% load after a 6 hour prime 95 blend.

Corsair's are really nice, the H60 is kinda the newer version of the H50 and is a bit quieter, 35db max, and you can get quieter fans too.

and I need low profile cooler max measure I think is 110 mm width and 100mm high .
H60 ◦Radiator Size 120mm x 152mm x 27mm

H212 is 159. The H60 radiator attaches to the side of your case, not onto the heatsink itself. it will fit anywhere a 120mm fan will. You should be able to get a refurbished H60 in that budget. Corsair's refurbished products go through more testing than non-refurb.

I thought he meant he only had a tiny fan hole in his case. Dumb me. I picked up my H50 for $41, used a pre existing case fan, then added another used for three bucks.
