Will an ACBel PC6034 power supply work with an Intel DQ45EK motherboard?

I need to replace my mother board and would like to keep my old power supply. Is there any special to look for, to make sure it will work?

Yes, it should power the Intel motherboard. Just keep in mind that PSU is very limited (wattage). What video card do you intend to use?

I was planning on using the on-board video adaptor.
