No AMD FX-8120 performance (3DMArk11) at all

I score only 174 on the 3DMark11 test. During the benchmark I have max 0.7FPS. When I load the combined test, it freezes.

Before overclocking I had the same result, so that's got nothing to do with it. What could be wrong? Maybe a BIOS flash? I experience no other issues outside 3DMax.

I updated to bios FE, 26/10/2012 but unfortunately that didn't solve the problem. I still have no performance on the physics test and can't start the combined test.

GPU: Radeon HD6850 1GB, 13.12 drivers (latest)
